Online presence for a skin care brand
Challenge
Lather is a brand focus on enhancing you natural beauty. A brand that stands out for making products that are made with simple 100% natural ingredients and a packaging made with 80% recycle materials.
Being a young brand, they needed to create a online presence that will speak to their audience (Millennials and Gen-Z), they wanted to have a minimalist site where the consumer can learn from the brand and their ingredients. They have a challenge of low product sku's and they didn't want the site to look "empty", and showcase their colorful packaging to invite consumer to purchase.
Goal
Make the user relate to the brand and their motto, showcase a diversity approach on the imagery and highlight the commitment of the brand to their products and the ingredients.
Keep the simplicity of the site but yet make it look modern and fresh. Add motion and graphic accents to their social channels to show the playfullness of the brand.
Solution
The main thing that has to be done was to work on positioning the brand through its website and social channels so that all the company's products would reach the right audience and standout from the competitors. I Integrated imagery of their target audience throughout the site to make it relatable to their potencial costumers. I highlighted the sku line from the beginning, showcasing their colorful packaging and best selling products. Guided the user to learn more about the brand as well as the ingredients of the products. Finally showcase their social media presence which is one of their main ways they bring consumers to the site.
